Arrival,Registration and getting settled (by 7:00 pm)
7:30 p.m. Opening Welcome and Q and A (Assemble a worship team for Sunday Liturgy)
Welcome worship and fellowship
Saturday
7:45-8:30 a.m. Breakfast
9:30 a.m. Morning Prayer
10:00 – 11:00 a.m. First Session and Discussion
11:00 Break
11:30 – 12:30 Second Session and Discussion
12:30-1:30 Lunch and break
1:30-3:00 p.m. Third Session and Discussion
3:00-5:30 p.m. Break private time for prayer, reflection, hiking, canoeing, kayaking, swimming, etc.
5:30 p.m. Dinner
7:00-8:00 Fourth Session and Discussion
8:30-9:00 Evening Devotions
Sunday
7:45-8:30 Breakfast
9:00 a.m. Wrap up
10:00 Closing Worship
12:00 p.m. Lunch and Departure
The School of Lay Ministry usually follows the retreat schedule below. At times the hours for sessions or meals may be tweeked a little but the beginning and ending times for the retreat are always the same.
